[Terms and Conditions]

1. All clients will be required to have accepted Chloe’s Zoomies terms and conditions and complete a signature of the contract.

2. Full payment for services is to be made within 1 day of receipt of invoice or, by the date specified on the invoice (for dog walking clients) via cash, cheque or bank transfer. If payment is not made within this time you will be charged a daily rate of £0.50 until the bill has been paid in full with any additional charges due to late payments.

3. Any Keys, key- safes, entering the property, key handovers or special requirements must be discussed in the meet and greet, prior to the dog walk/pet sitting taking place.

4. Chloe’s Zoomies will make adequate steps to ensure your home and pets are safe and secure in your absence, however Chloe’s Zoomies cannot be held responsible for any burglaries or accidents caused by your pet(s).

5. Chloe’s Zoomies will not confirm any booking until a meet and greet has been carried out with the client, with full details of client requirements, and has been signed by the client.

6. The client must provide all items necessary for pets to be adequately cared for in the client's absence. (i.e- food, leads, tags, collars, cat litter etc). 6a. Treats are provided by Chloe’s Zoomies whilst your pet is in our care, we can also use any treats provided by yourself if preferred. These will include meaty strips etc, please ensure you notify of any allergies or intolerances. We cannot be hold liable to any allergic reactions etc whilst your pets are in our care.

7. The client is responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they are incurred, whilst pets are in the care of Chloe’s Zoomies, for example- any injuries caused by playing with other dogs or pets, any cuts caused by your pet or caused by another pet.

8. Chloe’s Zoomies must be alerted to any behavioural problems with your pets at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of any future contract.

9. Although Chloe’s Zoomies holds Public Liability insurance, wherever possible pets should be insured by the client.

10. Chloe’s Zoomies will care for your animal as you would, and we will make every effort to ensure your pet is well looked after in your absence, although Chloe’s Zoomies cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a pet either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.

11. The client must provide all items necessary for your pet to be adequately cared for in your absence.

12. If your dogs or pets require a quick towelling off after walks or garden play towels must be provided and left in a suitable place. I also provide towels — and towel your doggies off if they allow me too, after field walks as it can get wet & muddy.

13. The walker will apply personal judgment and cut short a walk if necessary, because of extreme weather conditions (ie, heat, thunder storms) for the safety of both the dogs and the walker.

14. All dogs being exercised and/or cared for in your own home must be fully vaccinated and on a regular flea and worm control regime.

15. Chloe’s Zoomies reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time & with immediate effect if the dog does not respond well to the walker/pet sitter. I wouldn’t leave your pet in any case- I would stick around until you or your emergency contact returns after being notified of me having to cancel due to any aggression towards myself from your pets.

16. Chloe’s Zoomies will hold any details on file, including any personal information- this won’t be shared anywhere or with anyone besides my emergency contacts in emergencies- for example- your home address, and will be deleted if you wish to not use my services in the future.

Services -

Dog walking- what it includes;

15 minutes- includes a full 15 minute walk, treats and water will be given, 15 minutes doesn’t start until we get to the walk location/fields, and doesn’t end until the 15 minutes are over.

30 minutes- includes a full 30 minute walk, treats and water will be given, 30 minutes doesn’t start until we get to the walk location/fields, and doesn’t end until the 30 minutes are over.

1 hour- includes a full 1 hour walk, treats and water will be given, 1 hour doesn’t start until we get to the walk location/fields, and doesn’t end until the 1 hour is over.

Pet sitting- what it includes;

15 minutes- Drop ins/welfare checks- includes a full welfare check- any enrichment toys provided by yourself can be used, attention will be given, food and water can be given, garden let-outs.

30 minutes- includes any enrichment toys provided by yourself, garden play, attention will be given, food and water can be given, if any specific times are needed for feeding that can be provided. Can include a walk if needed at no extra cost.

1 hour- includes garden play, any enrichment toys provided by yourself can be used, attention will be given, food and water can be given, if any specific times are needed for feeding that can be provided. Can include a walk if needed at no extra cost.

Longer home visits- includes garden play, enrichment toys, fun activities, attention, food and water can be given, if any specific times are needed for feeding that can be provided. Can include walks if needed at no extra cost.

Track walks- Includes a 2 hour slot, exploring local wooded areas, lakes, reservoirs, rest breaks for your dogs will be provided alongside water stops and treats.

Paired walks- Includes a slot reserved for yours and friends/ neighbours pets.

Enclosure cleaning- As long as you have the essentials, bedding and blanket changes, water and food changes, bowls cleaned.

Nail clipping- Clippers will be provided by Chloe’s Zoomies, nail clipping for dogs, cats and rabbits.

Ear cleaning- Ear cleaner solution and cotton buds can be provided or provided by yourself.
